Every child learns best when they feel supported, understood, and not like they’re about to be tested at any moment. My one-to-one and group tuition is carefully tailored to each child, so lessons move at the right pace and build genuine confidence, without the overwhelm.

With over 10 years’ teaching experience – including roles as Head of English, KS2 Writing Moderator, and 7+ and 11+ specialist – I know how to spot gaps quickly, build on strengths, and explain things in a way that actually makes sense. No confusing shortcuts or “just remember it like this” here.

Lessons are calm, positive and focused, with plenty of encouragement along the way. The aim isn’t just to get the right answers, but to help children understand what they’re doing and feel confident doing it.
